Photographs: All images must be submitted by the original photographer. By submitting an image, the photographer represents and warrants that:
(A) the photographer is the sole and exclusive owner of the image and has the right to license such image as provided herein.
(B) the image does not infringe any copyright, trademark right, or right of privacy or publicity, and does not defame any third party.
Please Note:
* Limit 5 photos per photographer per collection period. All images
must be of landmarks, local events, natural areas, tourist
destinations, or other subjects in Michigan.
* Not all images will be selected for Showcase Michigan. Selection will
be left to the sole discretion of After5Club.com staff. Selection will
be based on image quality, clarity and how best the photo depicts a
Michigan location.
No watermarks, signatures, or copyright notices may be added to images.
Adding or replacing elements in an image is not permitted.
Images may be cropped and rotated.
Images may be resized as long as the aspect ratio is maintained.
Red-eye removal and spot editing is permitted.
Use of filters to sharpen, soften, blur, despeckle, or remove noise are permitted.
Use of corrective functions to improve the natural appearance of the
image, such as levels, contrast, brightness, curves, intensity, tone,
hue, saturation, lightness, value, color balance, and tint are
acceptable.
Multiple exposure photography, such as HDR, stitched panoramas, focus stacking, or superimposed exposures are allowed
Restrictions: Obscene, provocative, violent, abusive, or
otherwise questionable content will not be considered. After5Club.com
retains sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content.
NOTICE TO PHOTOGRAPHERS:
REMOVAL FROM MAILING LIST - Any individual (or other duly
authorized person) may elect to exclude the name and address of that
individual from all lists used byAfter5Club.com and its parent company
Bay Imaging and Technology Services, LLC. To elect to have an
individual’s name excluded from all such lists, submit a removal
request in writing to: After5Club.com, 3754 State Street Road, Bay
City, MI 48706. This notification system may be used to prohibit
mailing by After5Club.com to such individual.
By submitting photos, you grant to After5Club.com a non-exclusive,
perpetual, irrevocable license to use, copy, distribute, perform,
display the image and also to prepare derivative works based upon the
image without payment, royalties, or any other compensation for the
following purposes: to publish the image on After5Club.com, on the
Showcase Michigan maps @ www.after5club.com and within our photo galleries @ http://after5club.ning.com/. |
